Tootsie’s Ice Cream was named in honor of the owner’s mother—lovingly known by everyone as “Tootsie.” What started as a heartfelt tribute has grown into a truly family-run business. You’ll often see Tom and his wife behind the counter, serving smiles and making memories, while their daughter Erica and her fiancé Jon stop by with their little one. Tom’s son Thomas Jr, his wife Varvara, and their newest addition are also part of the joy that fills our shop.
