Today is a day of remembrance for the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom. We thank you for your service.
The ultimate sacrifice:
We bow ourselves in humility & complete and total surrender to the King of Kings, Lord of Lords and pay honor for what our Lord & Savior Jesus Christ did for humanity over 2000 years ago. He was the final sacrifice for sin, to Him be all the praise, glory and honor forever & ever Amen
Matthew 1:20 & 21
“Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take Mary as your wife; for the One who has been conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. And she will bear a Son; and you call his name Jesus, for He will save his people from there sins.
Spoken by the Lord through the prophet Isaiah 7:14 “Behold, the virgin (Mary) shall be with child and shall call his name Immanuel,” which means “God with us”
John 1:14
And the Word (Jesus Christ/Holy Spirit) was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the father,) full of grace and truth.
John 1:9-13
That was the true Light, which lighteth every man that cometh into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not. He came unto his own, and his own received him not. But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: which were born, not of blood, nor will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.
Hebrews 10:5-18
Therefore, when He comes into the world, He says, “Sacrifice and offering you have not desired, but a body you have prepared for me; in burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin you have taken no pleasure. Then I said, behold, I have come, in the scroll of the book it is written of me, to do your will, O God.” After saying above, “Sacrifices and offerings and burnt offerings and sacrifices for sin you have not desired, nor have you taken pleasure in them” (which are offered according to the law), then He said, “Behold, I have come to do your will.” He takes away the first in order to establish the second. By this will we have been sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. And every priest stands daily ministering and offering time after time the same sacrifices, which can never take away sins; but He, having offered one sacrifice for sins all time, sat down at the right hand of god, waiting from that time until his enemies are put as a footstool for his feet. For by one offering He has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified. And the Holy Spirit also testifies to us, for after saying (Jeremiah 31:31-34) “This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord: I will put my laws upon their heart, and on their mind I will write them,” He then says, “And their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” Now where there is forgiveness of these things, there is no longer and offering for sin.
Today we pray to our God and to our Lord Jesus Christ that the Holy Spirit would convict hearts to bring them unto repentance having a deep godly sorrow and faith in Christ. That the sword of the spirit, the living word of God would pierce hearts, circumcising hearts by the circumcision made without hands. We can’t have revival without a great call to repentance and faith in Christ. All praise, all glory, all blessings, and honor to our Lord Jesus Christ forever and ever. We ask these things in Jesus holy, mighty and powerful name. Amen
