Guys!!!! I’m so excited about this one. For 2 1/2 years now, basically since the moment she was hired, one of our employees, Chloe, has been asking me to make a mango sundae. Why did it take me so long? I don’t know! I just never knew which direction I wanted to go with it.

But this is the direction! And I love it! Cinnamon rice pudding, mango lassi, cardamom caramel sauce, cornflake brittle brought to you by Lyle’s Golden Syrup!!! Eeeeek! It’s magic, and we can’t wait for you to try it!
