So while everybody is enjoying their dogs, burgers, ribs and bar-b-que, Iā€™m doing some deep cleaning of the cart to keep our 100% health department rating.

In other news, Alabama has passed SB197! In a nutshell, the law puts into place a system whereby the state only requires a single health inspection and single fire inspection to work the entire state. In other words, if I have my inspections done in Elmore County, I donā€™t have to have them ā€œre-doneā€ if I decide to work in another county. This significantly cuts down on the time, paperwork, and expense of being a mobile hot dawg cart.

I said all of that to say this: Hopefully soon, weā€™ll be on the streets again!
