It’s been a great busy morning lines out the door and this is the only time I can post for you !
What have we got ? Well
Scones are raspberry white chocolate chip , traditional raisin , blueberry and banana chocolate chip .
We have some brown soda bread left . Sold out of the raisin soda bread .
Jalapeno cheddar and plan biscuits , croissant , has browned
Greek yogurt parfaits ,
Lots of muffins to choose from !
We have so of our protein granola bars today ,
Pb&j, fruit and nut and chocolate chocolate , they are all delicious with minimal ingredients but taste really good and will keep hunger at bay !
Breakfast sandwich’s are always a cafe hit , and today we have added jalapeño cheddar bagels to the mix , you have to try it we have been selling out all week !

Yes it is raining out but we am have a wonderful dining room to eat in .

Freshly squeezed lemonades , lime Rickey’s , you can add them to your order for pick up , delivery and take out and dine in with us !

I have a really hard time being on the receiving end of something good . This made me emotional this morning but in a lovely way .

Thank you to all the officers who did this but also thank you for being dedicated to continue to be the best that you can be , with continued training .

What a morning ! 120 breakfast sandwich ready for a 7am pick up ! When we are asked we will get it done for you .
So if you are a school planning in doing a senior send off for your students of staff , you are hosting a golf tournament , office gathering . Give us a call we will be happy to help !

My goodness I haven’t made these in so long ! Double chocolate protein granola bars and peanut butter and jelly ( raspberry ) protein granola bars !
They are truly delicious and don’t haven’t be loaded with a million ingredients that we can’t prenounce!!
I make these for my husband because I want him to eat more less process foods but also enjoy a protein bar that is so good !!

We have them at the cafe today !
I know a few customers who will be very exited for these !
