On May 7, join Chef Paul for Pasta Class 2 at — an intimate, hands-on experience where you’ll learn to craft fresh chitarra pasta from scratch, step by step. Then, sit down and enjoy the reward: a three-course meal featuring a seasonal salad, your handmade pasta, and a sweet finish to end the night.
