Gia Mia creates a unique twist on your traditional authentic Italian Pizzerias. Our main focus is chef-driven, farm-to-fork food concepts such as Neapolitan style wood-fired pizzas, creative small plates, fresh homemade pasta, antipasto, and handmade mozzarella to name a few. Our mixology bar concept includes offering specialty craft beers as well as an exclusive wine list with flavors carefully c

hosen to compliment our delectable food plates. We have designed the interior space around our main focal point—Neapolitan brick oven that was imported from Italy. GIA MIA guests will delight in being able to watch their pizza being made: from watching our chef use only the freshest farm-to-table ingredients to seeing their pizza being put into the wood-fired brick oven to having the pizza delivered right to them, hot out of the oven so to speak. The interior, as well as the exterior façade, is completely renovated. During the demolition process, our construction crew discovered natural brick walls throughout the interior that date back to when the building was first erected (circa 1893). With a little TLC, the brick walls have been given new life—thus adding to the historic charm of the building. With the enveloping space of historic brick walls, raw-reclaimed wood, custom hickory benches, and industrial chic lighting, the ambiance will exude casual dining with a touch of rustic “Old World” authentic Italian elegance. Whether it’s a family affair, or a meal with great friends or business acquaintances, during the week or on weekends, the ambiance and the creative seasonal gastronomy at GIA MIA is what we hope will draw our guests to our unique Neapolitan Old-World authentic styled pizza, again and again.
