This weekend we traveled to The Barn to celebrate Mr. & Mrs. Horner. We’ve been looking forward to this one for over a year and it was everything we dreamed of- cowboy hats, country flare and a perfect fall setting.

This weekend we returned to the stunning Waterfront Hall to celebrate the Carlier-Barrett wedding. From taste test last September to the main event Saturday- it has been an honor working with this couple!

Last weekend we made our debut at the beautiful The Farm at Old World Garden in Quaker City, Ohio to cater a stunning wedding.

An event we look forward to every year!
This years theme “Renaissance”.

We created a mock castle, entering through a stone archway guarded by a replica 7’ knight.
Once inside the castle, guests were welcomed by a feast fit for a king.

Menu:
-Smoked turkey legs
-Fried chicken
-Fire braised pork ribs
-Whole roasted chicken with dressing hand carved to order
-Beef stew served in homemade bread bowls
-Mashed buttered parsnip with maple glazed carrots
-Garden salad
-Vegetarian Entree- Plant Based Riblet Sandwich served on sourdough bread with shredded purple cabbage, vegan cheese and brown sugar pineapple
- Intermix of charcuterie
-Fresh baked grain assortment: cranberry, baguettes & muffins with house parmesan & sundried tomato butter and garlic butter

Made from scratch desserts:
-Mini tart cups with fruit assortment
-Cheesecake assortment
-Apple pie
