THURSDAY - So what's with the KIWI Shoe Polish? I'm selfishly expanding my hunt for vintage KIWI shoe polish tins. The small ones. If you have any hiding in your back closet, we can make a deal. Now for the important stuff. Our soup this week is Mushroom Bisque. All things pumpkin for the next few weeks, and that means PUMPKIN CRÊPES and PUMPKIN MARTINIS. We have the Shaved Roast Beef with crunchy crispy onions, provolone cheese, and au jus dip. Doors open at 11. See you there.

MONDAY - This week's soup is our housemade Sausage Cabbage with Lobster Bisque scheduled for Friday. This weekend was a very busy time for both John Marshall and Wheeling Park. Homecoming and 50th class reunions were celebrated, and we were delighted to meet so many returning to the area. Stay tuned for Tuesday. Hopefully, we'll get our hands on those green tomatoes.

WEDNESDAY - How much fun is this? Our crêpe flour is milled in Mentor, Ohio, and it recently came under new ownership. We were gifted this carved Halloween pumpkin today by the new owner, who carved it himself! I think his talent goes beyond batter. FIRST DAY of FALL! Let's bring on our Shaved Roast Beef with crispy onions, provolone cheese, and au jus dip! Thank you for riding along with us these past 20 years!
