Welcome to tomato season in Montana 🍅

One of the stars of our new savory croissant is organic sungold cherry tomatoes from our friends at Wicked Good Produce! We love supporting local farmers & growers—flour that’s milled and grown in Montana, seasonal produce, edible flowers, honey—the best pastry is made with fresh, local ingredients. We’re lucky to have so many wonderful folks to work with!

Featured pastry: seasonal savory croissant. Organic Wicked Good sungold cherry tomatoes, ricotta, chives, garlic scapes, balsamic reduction, maldon salt.
