We finished up day two at the Shelby CarvePrize Exhibit and Festival. Thank you to the City is Shelby for an amazing event.

We also got to eat at all the other food trucks.

The The Sippin Station hit a home run with the drink I had both days. 👏

El Tejano made a tasty quesadilla for lunch today and Uncle T's Tastes of Chicago hit the spot with yesterdays lunch with a Chicago Dog.

We at Blue Line BBQ and Grill want to thank all the folks that showed up and enjoyed our smoked brisket and pulled pork sandwiches/grilled cheese.
We had many return visitors from last year and many thumbs up from customers.

Hope to see you all next year.

Calling all foodies. Head up to Shelby today where Whitehalls Blue Line Bbq and Grill will be serving until 6pm at the Shelby CarvePrize Exhibit and Festival. We are at Michigan and 4th St.

Make sure to head to the festival and skip the trucks set up outside of the Festival if you want the BEST smoked brisket and pulled pork.

While you are here, check out the craft vendors as well as the amazing wood carving taking place.

Day one of the Shelby CarvePrize Exhibit and Festival. I can hear the saws working wood into art down the road. Most importantly we are all set up and serving smoked brisket and pulled pork.
Come on down to Shelby and check out the craft vendors and chain saw artist then grab lunch with us.

We are set up next to The Sippin Station, Nana’s Gooodies, El Tejana and Uncle T’s Taste of Chicago.

Don’t forget to stop by the Shelby CarvePrize Exhibit and Festival this weekend.
We will be open 11am to 8pm Friday and 11am to 6pm Saturday serving smoked pork and brisket sandwiches and grilled cheese and loaded grilled cheese with your choice of pork or brisket.

We hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable 4th. Now is the time to start making plans for next weekend.
Come hang out at the Shelby CarvePrize Exhibit and Festival Friday and Saturday. You will find some talented chainsaw artists making amazing pieces of art and local craft vendors. Plus some really good food vendors where we will be serving delicious wood smoked pork and brisket sandwiches and grilled cheese.

We are just over a week away from the Shelby CarvePrize Exhibit and Festival.

We will be set up at the corner of Michigan and 4th St in downtown Shelby on Friday July 10th from 11am to 8pm and Saturday July 11th from 11am to 6pm serving wood smoked brisket and pulled pork.

Stop down and check out the amazing art work and vendors then see us for the BEST BBQ in town.
