The event this past Sunday was a huge success!! Thank you to everyone who supported and purchased juices or a plate. We had buddha bowls and the aú Naturale burger. The vibe was great and so were the people! Be on the look out for our next pop up. ✨ Thank you for having us dallas 🌱

Looking for a light and healthy vegan snack? Look no further than Kale chips!!

They have MANY benefits, some of which include:
🥬Low energy density snack: meaning you can eat a lot without adding many calories to your diet while giving you energy. Making it a good weight loss snack.
🥬They are PACKED with antioxidants. There are more than 45 types.
🥬They are a good source for Vitamin K which is important for blood clotting, cellular reactions, and bone tissue maintenance.

They are also super easy to make! You simply chop up some kale (removing the stem), make a layer in either a cookie pan or baking dish(like me), drizzle some of your favorite olive oil and toss the kale, then sprinkle some salt and any other seasonings of your liking (i chose garlic powder), then put them in the oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes stirring about halfway though, lastly ENJOY!

Now, time for me to fo enjoy some myself 😅
