So people ask why do we only run 2 days a week and leave days open for bookings. Well as many of you know papa runs solo in the trailer and he also does all the prepwork solo as well. Heres the greens for the next batch as you can see they take up almost the entire fridge. An thats not even showing the all the cabbage thats in the works. 🔥

Man once again Central Standard Brewing thank you for having us out. We had a little bit of hot links and cabbage left, but other then that you guys kept us busy. Enough to run us out of just under 20lbs of brisket, 20 lbs of pulled pork, 10lbs of links, 2 pans of greens, 5 box's of mac, and cheese sauce. All in about 5 hours running mainly sandwiches. We hope to see you all again and glad you all enjoyed the food .

Man our slow smoked brisket and hott links on a sandwich is amazing, but papas signature cheese sauce,spicy pickle, and bbq also, o my. Only $18 man with this quality you cant beat it. 🔥

Man tonight is going to be nuts, we cant wait to see all of you later. Had to shorten the menu to accommodate the crowd that will be there tonight. We hope you stop by and join it though, Central Standard Brewing 156s greenwood has drink specials tonight as always an even chopped we still have some of the best brisket and greens around. Greens are in short supply tonight but its everything we have so get there early or you will miss out. 🔥
