When we purchased Egg Crate Cafe, our goal wasn’t to change what so many people already loved about this neighborhood restaurant. It was to build on that foundation while improving the things that matter most: quality, consistency, service, and creating a place where everyone feels welcome.
We’re incredibly proud of our team. They work hard every single day to serve fresh, homemade food with genuine hospitality, and it’s rewarding to see that effort recognized. We know we’re not perfect, and we’ll always look for ways to improve, but hearing that our guests notice the positive changes means the world to us.
To our loyal customers who have supported us from day one, and to those who are considering giving us a try, thank you for trusting us. We look forward to continuing to earn that trust one meal at a time.

It's been two years since Wichita last had a restaurant serving Himalayan dishes when Himali Eats closed. And now, the city once again has its chance to try out the the cuisine with the arrival of Himalayan Sherpa Indian & Nepali Cuisine.
