It has taken a long time to make this post and for that, I am sorry.
Oh My Sushi is now closed permanently due to multiple factors outside of our control.
We want to thank all of our customers, loyal supporters, and everyone who worked to keep us afloat and help us when we needed it including landlords, suppliers, and more.
We are unsure currently of what the future holds for everyone and we wish you all the very best.

If you have watched Japanese television or seen any Japanese media, you should be able to recognize this very delicious treat! We offer numerous kinds of Onigiri, rice balls, filled with a variety of fillings and furikake.
Current Fillings: Egg, Salmon and Eel Sauce, Shrimp, Crab and Spicy Mayo, Crab and Regulae Mayo.

Our Crunchy Roll is one of the best and, unsurprisingly, you love it too!

This delicious shrimp, cucumber, and avocado stuffed roll won you over for the Month of April!
That means that the ~*Crunchy Roll*~ now has a place of honor in our permanent specialty sushi menu.

If you haven’t tried this wonderful roll, it’s filled with shrimp, cucumber, avocado and then wrapped in seaweed and sushi rice. It’s topped with freshly made tempura pieces to give it a nice crunch without being too overpowering or greasy!

Stay tuned for the May Mashup Showdown! I guarantee you’ll be as excited as I am.

We will be closed today, May 8th, to allow our mothers to rest and relax the whole weekend.
Over half of our staff are mothers to children and fur babies alike and we want to have an opportunity to dedicate this weekend to them!

Be sure to take time this weekend to celebrate all the mothers in your life! Whether they be future moms, current moms, moms of fur babies, or otherwise. We wish everyone a very happy Mother’s Day!

Due to the national chicken shortage, we will be unable to fill any orders that contain chicken at this time. This includes Chicken Teriyaki and Chicken Katsu, bowls and bentos are affected. **We are currently unsure of when we will be able to continue these menu items.**

Due to this, we will be delaying the planned Mother's Day Sushi Rolling Event. ***WE WILL BE HAVING A SUSHI ROLLING EVENT WHEN WE CAN***

For the time being, we suggest exploring our variety of fresh, authentic sushi options and trying our shrimp tempura and salmon teriyaki!

Come with us as we SPRING back in time to two personal favorites to face off in our April Specialty Sushi Showdown:
Sakura Roll (Sushi A) $12:
The Sakura Roll is a personal favorite, filled with our fresh, delicious salmon, avocado, and imitation crab, then wrapped in delightful yellowtail. We hand form the rolls to most resemble a flower-- not only pleasing for the palette, but the eyes as well.
Crunchy Roll (Sushi B) $12:
One of our most requested rolls to bring back, the Crunchy Roll does not disappoint! As before, it has yummy, meaty shrimp inside accompanied with avocado and cucumber. It's then rolled in our freshly made sushi rice and nori and coated in crunchy tempura bits-- like a deep fried roll without the heaviness of the grease! This one comes with sides of Japanese mayo, our housemade spicy mayo, and eel sauce, for all of your unique tastes.

Remember, these two rolls are 25% off in the month of April and you get the best deals when you call to place an order!

Good morning, everyone!
We are pleased to announce that the winner of March's specialty sushi faceoff is the Haru Roll! Fresh salmon mixed with the subtle flowery citrus taste of yuzu, we are very excited to welcome this roll onto our specialty menu as a permanent fixture!
Stay tuned for April's special roll announcement, as we SPRING back in time to some crowd-favorites that didn't quite make it.

It's that time again-- March's Monthly Showdown!

Ta**us Roll (Left) - $8
Not a fan of fish? This one will be perfect for you. This savory beef roll is made by sautéing the beef we use in the gyudon, topped with some slivered green onion and pickled ginger. It's then wrapped in white rice and nori and served with the decadent au jus.

Haru Roll (Right) - $10
Spring is just around the corner and this sushi roll has a light, citrusy, flowery taste to complement that. The Haru roll combines avocado, cucumber, and yuzu-soaked salmon. It's then topped off with a couple delightful drops of yuzu (citrus) extract.

Happy Women's History Month!
To celebrate, we wanted to introduce you to the owner of Oh My Sushi-- Mayumi!
Mayumi has been around the world, from living in Japan to living in California and now owning this establishment right here in Wichita, Kansas. Her goal is to bring cute, traditional, and fresh Japanese food to our city, offering a welcome change from more Americanized sushi restaurants.
Mayumi works hard to make sure that all orders are made fresh and make it to the customer just as refreshing and delicious.
