Owls can’t dab because we don’t have elbows but if I could, I would.
Thanks for the kind words, it is much appreciated. It’s validating to hear that the thing we’re aiming to do (which is make the best bierocks, full stop) is working. They will only ever get better.

A new food vendor is going in the old Dappery Dodo truck that is planted on the patio of Lucky's Everyday. One of the instructors at NICHE is opening a gourmet bierocks food truck called Burdette’s Bierocks. I had the opportunity today to try some of the stuff he will be offering starting tomorrow at 6 P.M. These aren’t the basic bierocks most people are used to, they are more creative and enhanced. The first bierock I had (the one cut open in the picture) is called the Plymouth Rock, and it’s like a Thanksgiving meal stuffed into a baked bread roll. It ended up being my favorite of the three, so tasty. The bierock with the cheesy baked exterior is called the Mama Mia Rock, and it has a delicious beef bolognese inside. The third one is the Original Rock, which has a tender beef mixture. I really enjoyed it with the mustard that came with it. What really stood out to me on these were how packed the pockets were, there was no open space inside, making them very filling. They will be available for $7 a “Rock” or $10 with a side like hand cut chips, garlic fries, and the yummy potato salad I had. I believe they will have delivery available at some point too.
