Such a bittersweet send-off celebrating our amazing manager, Alena 🤍 She’s been such a huge part of the Kobe family and has played a big role in our growth. While we’re so excited for everything ahead of her, it definitely won’t be the same without her around.

🥰 We teamed up with Wichita Wagyu and the legends at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse and built a full flavor bomb.
🥩 - Wichita Wagyu ground beef‼️
🍚 - Kobe’s 👏🏼Chicken 👏🏼Fried 👏🏼👏🏼Rice‼️
And because that still felt too responsible… we made our own and and fused them together into a sauce.
If you hear someone yelling “HIBACHI!” from across the patio… mind ya business. They just took their first bite. 🥟🔥
