In honor of the 5th anniversary of closing Fat Tony's I have decided today that I would take the time to thank everyone by preparing one dozen of Fat Tony's Almost Famous Original Nuclear Wings at home for everyone to share. I took the time to make a single batch of our Challenge Sauce for one special day.

I am reminded every day how much I miss my customers every time I step into my own kitchen. I read and re-read your posts and messages on the Fat Tony's page all the time. I appreciate that hundreds of the people that meant the most to me, the Fat Tony's customers, stay in contact with me regularly. It really does mean so much to me that after 5 years Fat Tony's still means something to you all. Your correspondence only serves to underline to me how much you all care, and that I definitely did pick the right business to meet and serve the best people in the world.

Happy 5th Anniversary everyone! I wish I could be with you all to share some wings, pizza, and many, many cherished memories.

February 1, 2014 was the day I closed the doors. Fat Tonys has a 5 star rating, better than most places that are still open. I'm still so sad we aren't there anymore. The 4th anniversary of my last day stings. I sincerely wish I was, or could still be, with every single one of you.

Coming up on the 4 years closed mark, and my love for all my customers still has not dulled a single, tiny bit. I really miss my little restaurant, and all of you too. I hope your Halloween is Spook-tacular!

You guys amaze me. We're closed for over 2 years, and we still have over 4000 likes, and we get new ones every week. Just incredible, you guys are awesome. Man, I really miss you guys!

I had the worst excuse for pizza in my whole life last week. I actually called the place I tried to let them know how bad or was, and what I disappointment it was to eat. The owners solution was to send 2 more to my house at no charge. I didn't ask for a refund or for more pizza. I just wanted him to know his product was weak, and tasted cheap. I was polite, and told him I understand how it is sometimes. I had 1 slice, left it all on the counter at home figuring my kid and her friends would eat it. 2 days later it was all still on the counter with a bite taken out of 3 slices. I could actually see the disappointment, pretty sad when kids won't even eat it. I sincerely hope none of you ever had that experience with Fat Tonys. It would just make me sad, seriously.

Can't believe how many posts you guys still make about us. Good memories, pictures of the food, and hopes for our return some day. We still gain 2-3 new likes every week, and even a few reviews here and there from people that say they've been in recently and have complaints, LOL! Just goes to show you that haters are really going to hate, and successful businesses, even closed ones, are still a threat to some owners out there. I love you guys, and I swear I miss you every single day. Hope you all have a great new year, and God bless you all!

I made this for dinner tonight at home, exactly how I made it for everyone that came into Fat Tonys down to the secret blend of seasoning in the meat. It was fan-tastic, but it didn't feel the same making it without you guys ordering it. Miss you all very much, every single day.

So, has anything opened up in the Fat Tony's building yet? I haven't heard anything, and the story I was told was that some were putting in a restaurant and concert hall/club.
