We truly appreciate the constant support over these 40 years. It truly felt like one big family ❤️

We will be changing our closing date from August 6th to tomorrow July 31st so come get some pizza rolls while supplies last!

We do apologize for the change in date. We would like to thank every customer for their continued support all the very kind messages we have received, and the customers returning and telling us the great stories has brought so much joy to our hearts. ❤️

We also would like to put together a special book for May! If you have any fun stories or fantastic moments that have to do with Po Boys please message us and we will put together for her!

Dear customers,

This is May the owner of Po Boy Pizza.

I would like to inform you all that August 6th will be the last day of business after 40 years of hard work. The time has come for retirement.

During this time if you would like to make an order please call ahead we will be carry out only.

We want to thank all of Wichita for their support. We specifically want to thank the Air Force, Army, Police department and the fire department for their continued support of our restaurant ❤️

We also could never forgot and want to give a huge thank you to the past and present students at South East high school for their love support and loyalty. We are going to miss you all so much 🖤💛

Finally, thanks to all of our friends and family who have surrounded us with love and constant support we will never forget the fun memories inside.

This is sad but I am ready for retirement after 40 years in this amazing community. Do not worry as I have passed down this amazing place and recipes to my sons who will carry it on in the future ❤️
