Q: How many pounds of meat is consumed each year at Pierceās?
A: Around 300,000 pounds of pork and 12,800 pounds of brisket every year!
Q: Is your coleslaw made in-house or brought in from somewhere?
A: Our coleslaw is made fresh daily right here at Pierceās!
Q: Iād love it if you had a sampler platter. Any chance of that happening?
A: While we donāt have a sampler platter, our Combo Dinner includes pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, fries, hush puppies, and coleslaw.
Q: How do I get one of those cool cups? š
A: Stop by and grab one! If youāre not local, we can ship one (or two!) to you.
Q: Why did you stop making the sweet potato sticks?
A: Unfortunately, the manufacturer stopped making them.
Q: Will you ever sell sweet potato sticks again?
A: Weād love to, but since theyāre no longer being made by the manufacturer, theyāre gone for good.
Q: Do yāall know yāall are the best?? ā¤ļø
A: We sure appreciate the love and support!
Q: Can I get the pulled pork without it being pre-sauced?
A: No, our pork is prepared in our signature sauce.
Q: Can I have the potato salad recipe?
A: We keep our recipes a secret, but weāre honored you enjoy it enough to ask!
Q: Have you ever thought about opening another location?
A: Weāve had other locations in the past, but for now Williamsburg is our one and only home.
Q: Can I have a free Smokehouse Special, please? š
A: Ask for one of our sandwich cards! Buy 9 sandwiches and your 10th sandwich is free.
Q: No fried okra? š¤Ø
A: Nope!
Q: Can you please deliver?
A: We donāt offer local delivery, but we do ship!
Q: Do you deliver to Buffalo, NY?
A: We donāt deliver, but we do ship nationwide!
Q: Why did you stop serving breakfast? The ham biscuits were the best!
A: Breakfast was only offered for a short time so we could qualify for a Pierceās highway sign.
Q: Is this photo AI, or is it your real food?
A: Thatās 100% real Pierceās food! Thatās our JC Special (minus the fries).
Q: Did you bring back the brisket sandwich?
A: Yes! Our brisket sandwich is back!
Q: I miss when the JC Special came with a cookie. Can we bring that back? šŖ
A: The cookie is no longer included, but we do have fresh chocolate chip cookies available for purchase every day.
Q: When are you opening a location on the Southside?
A: Nothing is planned at this time, but we appreciate everyone who asks!
Q: Any plans to remodel your bathrooms? My loved one uses a wheelchair and finds them difficult to navigate.
A: We understand the concern. Unfortunately, due to city regulations, weāre unable to expand the size of our restrooms.
Q: Will there be smoked turkeys for the holidays this year?
A: Sadly, no smoked turkeys this holiday season.
Q: Are your sides made from scratch? How do you manage all that cooking and prepping?
A: Yes! Our sides are made from scratch and prepared fresh every day by our amazing prep team, who work hard to keep everything stocked and ready to serve!
