Hey friends,
We need to talk.
By now, some of you may have heard the rumors, and if not, the time has come for us to share some big news.
As difficult as it is to write this post, one thing we’ve always valued is being transparent with the people who have supported us from the very beginning. The truth is, none of this would have been possible without you. Every order placed, every kind word shared, every Friday or Saturday night spent around our tables. Your support turned a dream into something far greater than we ever imagined. Because of that support, we’ve reached a point where it’s time for the next chapter. While this may come as a surprise to some, this isn’t goodbye, it’s simply “see you soon.”
Many of you have noticed we’ve been closing early on weekends lately. Those decisions weren’t made lightly. As much as we love our little location and the memories we’ve made here, sometimes growth requires you to step outside of what’s comfortable and do what’s necessary for the future.
We’re excited to announce that The Brick Oven will soon be reopening in a new location that allows us to better serve our customers and continue growing. With more space, shorter wait times, triple the seating, and an improved experience for everyone, we’re sure this move is the right step forward.
Thursday will be our final day serving you at our current location. We have a limited supply of ingredients remaining, so be sure to stop by and enjoy your Brick Oven favorites one last time before we make the move.
Our new home will be at 2700 Cumberland Falls Highway, in the former Bubby’s building in Corbin Ky.
If you’ve ever enjoyed a meal with us, celebrated a special occasion here, or supported our small business in any way, we’d be incredibly grateful if you’d share this post and help spread the word about our big move.
