Well we plan on it! To prove it to you, we just upgraded the most expensive piece of equipment in the shop.

It’s a sentimental and exciting moment for my business.
Our small one group head commercial espresso machine has been an absolute TANK and I wouldn’t have bet in a million years it would take the beating it has in the few years I’ve had it and the year we’ve been open.
She’s treated us well and was as reliable as machines 3x her size, but it’s time for her to take a well earned retirement so we can bring in the new.

If you don’t know, I select and buy coffee beans from various regions and importers, and roast it all myself.
It has been a goal of mine since opening a little over a year ago to free up some time to roast enough coffee each week to sell in bags for at home brewing.
