Our local farm salad is available in the Grab & Go refrigerator for $5.

That $5 helps us continue purchasing fresh produce from local farmers. In turn, the money goes back to those farmers, allowing them to keep growing food for our community while enabling us to continue supporting them through our purchases.

The soy sauce we serve on-site comes from Nakaroku in middle Japan , a Japanese soy sauce company with more than 100 years of history. Nakaroku specializes in tamari soy sauce.

It is both gluten-free and organic. When enjoyed with sushi, this special soy sauce brings out a unique depth of flavor and creates a different tasting experience.

Compared to regular soy sauce, tamari soy sauce is known for its richer flavor and higher concentration of umami. Our organic tamari delivers an especially deep and satisfying taste that complements our sushi beautifully.

The lettuce used in our salads comes from a local farmer. It’s incredibly fresh, crisp, and absolutely delicious.

We’re proud to already be using their produce, and we hope that by supporting local farmers, we can be part of a cycle that helps them continue growing amazing vegetables for our community.

Right now, the amount we use is still relatively small, but we hope to keep increasing it and support them even more in the future.

Our open hours are Monday through Friday, from 11 AM to 5 PM.

Starting at 4:30 PM until closing, all sushi and bowls will be 20% off.

We want to serve fresh food to our customers every single day. Everything made today should be enjoyed today, and then tomorrow we prepare everything fresh again. We believe this is one of the most important ways to maintain quality with the Grab & Go style.

So if you stop by after 4:30 PM and check the fridge, all available sushi and bowls will be discounted 20% off. It’s a great option for anyone busy with work who wants to quickly grab dinner on the way home.

Our kitchen is also open as usual until 7 PM, with last call at 6:30 PM.

Online orders for the kitchen are always available as well.
