13 years ago today .... Craig and Angie put their faith in me and handed over the keys... and then I threw up and literally forgot how to count .... Craig can attest to this 😬

While it’s been a wild and crazy ride it is something I would do over again ...
I have not done it alone, nor could I ... EVER .
Without Colleen holding it together for roughly 11 of those years .... I wouldn’t be marking this anniversary today and I will never ever forget that .

The staff I have had over all these years ..most who were with me many or all of the years ..it would impossible without you as well. All of you make it happen everyday . I cannot express enough how grateful I am to all of you ! The support you not only provide me but also our guests , friends , and family is immeasurable and I don’t express that nearly enough .

I know it may sound cliche but I don’t care - the Rumpus Room is special . It’s special to me and many of us because it is ... different .
Every bar has its “dynamic” but this one has always hit me ... different . From my first shift over 22 years ago with Chris and Barb .. until now ... the continuous camaraderie I have witnessed and been blessed with over the years IS something you don’t stumble upon everyday. The genuine good in people truly caring about others in the best of times and in the worst of times.
I find it ... here... and in all of you who choose to make this your place.
It has kept me going even when I have felt defeated ... it truly has and I appreciate that more than you know ❤️

Thank you to all that tried to help . PD just called and the have located the person and recovered some of the contents of my bag .
I’m grateful to have at least recovered something .

Heartbroken to share the news of Tim’s (Timbo’s) passing 💔
He has been a great friend to me and many of us at the Rump and he truly will be missed .
We will be gathering at the Rumpus Room after the services on Friday. Drinks and pizza etc will be provided .
