We are seeking a creative chef to take the helm of our reputable food service establishment since 1986.This is a very RARE opportunity! We are a lower volume operation which equates to more time to enjoy the love of your craft as opposed to repetitious non challenging corporate demands. We prefer someone that is alcohol and drug free with a burning desire to excel in the food service industry. The dining rooms and Lounge are open 6 days from 4 to 10 PM, on average. The rest of the facility is open from 8AM-11PM 7 days, / week. We have 2 complete kitchens, a deck oven Pizza Shop, an eat in / take out hot / cold Deli , a convenience store, a catering banquet hall as well as a Bar. The position is ideal for a Chef that likes to create new things, work with premium meat, Fish, Poultry , Herbs and the like. Total flexibility to "Do your own thing". Must have all the normal skills such as Menu creation, cost controls, waste controls, portion controls etc. In addition to wages, profit sharing is negotiable for the right person. . Growth potential, in terms of developing the under utilized portions of this operation, (the Pizza shop being a prime example) is unlimited, especially in the new Hi-demand delivery rage via Door Dash etc.
Also, new growth by promoting the 120 seat banquet hall for Funerals as well as all other events. New growth would be negotiable as part of additional compensation. Immediate hire after credential check.
