This is a scratch-made, veteran-owned, woman-run kitchen. Everything is hand crafted. Every recipe created by Chef Erica and Pitmaster Sean with freshness and flavor in mind. All our meats and most of our sides are gluten free.

Scratch-made also means quality over quantity. Yes we sometimes run out. We shut off online ordering to serve our dine-in customers. We've closed for really big catering jobs.

All that means is you get the freshest quality product everytime. Because that is what matters.

Our team puts their heart and soul into serving great food with a great experience.
