Btw, this is one of our All Star employees, Banan! He ordered his hotdog topped with Brunswick stew and to be honest… it looked good! If you missed the employee favorite board his pick was the baked beans. If you come by the restaurant you’ll probably find him making Texas Twinkies and prepping the ribs. Y’all have loved our 2-2-1 meal!!! 🍽️🔥 It’s a great way to try multiple menu picks because sometimes it’s too hard to choose just ONE meat or ONE side. I mean, to be honest, sometimes it’s hard to even just pick ONE drink. 😆

House sausage! Always prime cut. Always brisket. Always beef. Always real casings. Always house made. Always a beautiful craft. The guys put in a lot of man hours yesterday getting them prepped and Brandon stayed till close to 1am getting them on the smoker. Going to be a super special batch today and tomorrow!!
