New fun additions here at Covey! 💫

Available Sunday through Thursday, our Five Course experience is a curated progression of three Covey compositions, followed by a rotating savory course and weekly dessert.

Full table participation is required. $95 per guest, with optional wine pairings available for an additional $35.

Our newest tasting menu is more than dinner — it’s a chance for our chef team to push boundaries, showcase their craft, and create dishes that are playful, thoughtful, and full of flavor. From the first course to the last, every plate is designed to surprise, inspire, and tell a story.

We believe food should be creative, exciting, and an experience worth sharing. This menu gives us the freedom to experiment with new ideas, seasonal ingredients, and bold combinations we can’t wait for you to try. 🤌🏽

As oyster season is coming to an end, we just wanted to say how thankful we are to Shellem Seafood for working with us and collaborating with us this season!

So tonight as a one time special, the last of our wild harvested oysters will be $1 🦪
