I’ve been thinking about my future lately… Doctor? Princess? So many options! For now I will continue as the Chez Spokesperson.

It’s Belmont Weekend 🐎. Chez Pierre is serving tonight ( $5 Martini Wednesday) thru Saturday at 5pm.

Time for me to get back to work… Soft Shell Crab season is here 🦀! Get ‘em while you can as they don’t stick around too long!

This is just a small sample size of the dozens of floral/plant arrangements sent this past week. A HUGE shout out to all the small- local-independent florists out there! You brought smiles to our family’s hearts when they were filled with sadness ❤️… and of course to ALL of you who commented, sent cards, showed up, and gave hugs 🥰 . We definitely felt the love 💕. This defined who our mom was- The Grande Dame of Chez Pierre!
And now… back to business!
The Chez is now open TUESDAYS- SATURDAYS .

Today was our Matriarch’s final goodbye 💔. The Eiffel Tower lights have not worked in over 6 months due to an outdated lighting system and bad transformer. For Pierrette’s ( mom/ memere) final voyage, we requested a Chez drive by… the sign lit up moments after that! Believe what you will- we choose to believe she was with us & still is❤️.

We have had many inquiries regarding mom’s (Pierrette’s memorial services).
A full obituary will be shared on Saturday with all the details. Thank you again for all your love and support ❤️

We have read ALL the amazing tributes that have been pouring in for our mother, our “Grande Dame”. Many have made us cry, some made us laugh, but ALL of them have touched our hearts 💕 . We know she is singing “La Vie en Rose” with the angels, ( probably grabbing the mic from the Archangel 😊). But as any great performer knows, and as Pierrette would demand… the show must go on!
We will be open tonight, 4/ 29 thru Saturday, 5/2 at 5pm.

We will be closed Sunday 5/3 thru Wednesday 5/6 ; reopening Thursday 5/7 thru Mother’s Day 5/10. ( opening at 4 on 5/10).

We will collectively celebrate her legacy as she would have wanted us to - THANK YOU ALL- for your love and support, now and in the days to come ❤️❤️❤️

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Matriarch- Pierrette. She was the ultimate fighter from surviving WWII and creating a lasting legacy in upstate NY with Chez Pierre. Our heart are broken- but her legacy will live on. We love and miss you mom/Memere!
*In typical Pierrette fashion, mom passed away on the same day as WNYT featured us in an “Upstate segament”.

It’s that time of year already!!! ( Actually ahead of schedule). The Chef’s crabs have arrived 🎉… his infamous Soft Shell Crabs are now available! Get them while the supply lasts… that’s not a marketing ploy- that’s just facts.
* Spokesperson was excluded from this post as it seemed inappropriate for her to promote crabs?!?
