Happy Friday Everyone!! It’s tuna time here at Longleaf! Chef Rob has crafted up three specials for this week! First for the entree we have a black pepper encrusted Ahi tuna with a spiced raspberry coulis and ginger carrot puree. Accompanied by a sesame leek rice cake and seaweed salad.
