A Chef is the kitchens backbone… in this case Charity was The Dining Room’s backbone.
Many of you all know her as the one who makes the rolls. A lot of you don’t know she’s been the one preparing ALL of the food since 2020.
If you enjoyed our breakfast, lunch, and dinner on a snow day, Charity made the call to open.
Charity started as a dishwasher in 2003, before there was even a dishwasher. She hand washed the dishes and pulled long shifts, she then learned how to bake the yummy rolls and desserts the community has always loved.
Charity was the reason you had Meatloaf on Wednesday’s, Baked Chicken on Thursday’s, and Fried Fish on Friday’s. No matter what, she’s always came to work, she’s always been a huge part of The Dining Room, and it truly wouldn’t have been a staple without her. Through the last 20 years, she’s stayed loyal and always made sure she provided the BEST quality meals she could.
