We were honored to join several local businesses in donating gift baskets and gift certificates for this year’s graduates. The photos and thank you notes made our day.

A special nod to the teachers and staff who invest so much in these students year after year. Thank you for all you do.

And to the graduates, congratulations on reaching this milestone. We wish you all the best in whatever comes next.

A very important investigation is underway at the Clutch & Throttle Little Library… 💩📚

Today’s featured addition: The Story of the Little Mole Who Went in Search of Whodunit — quite possibly the funniest children’s book ever written about p**p. 😂

We’d love to grow our little library with more children’s books, silly stories, and family favorites. Stop by, take a book, leave a book, and help keep the magic going for the littlest readers in Windham. 🤎

Built with community in mind, this little space is meant to be shared, enjoyed, and added to over time. Take a book, leave a book, tuck in a handwritten note, a painted rock, a bookmark, or a little treasure for the next person to discover.

Whether you stop by for coffee, conversation, or a quiet moment, we hope this little library becomes one more way we stay connected here in the mountains.

There’s something really special happening in these small mountain towns lately… people taking big leaps, pouring their hearts into spaces, and creating places that bring community together one cup of coffee at a time. 🤍

Huge congratulations to our friends, Kim and Dan, on their beautiful new café in Jefferson, New York. We stopped by this week and can confirm: it’s the real deal. Warm vibes, seriously good coffee, homemade bagels, fresh pastries, and the kind of place that instantly feels like part of the community fabric.

I had the smoked salmon on a toasted everything bagel all the way with capers and onions (chef’s kiss) plus a vegan chocolate chip cookie that somehow disappeared in about 1 minute flat. ☕🥯🍪

As small business owners ourselves, we know how much courage, exhaustion, hope, caffeine, and heart goes into opening a place like this. So if you’re driving through the Catskills, make the stop. Support local. Meet your neighbors. Sit a little longer.

Because these are the places that keep small towns alive. 🤍

First real sunny day in the Catskills and Clutch wasted absolutely zero time getting himself to the Batavia Kill. ☀️🌊🐾

Swim.
Take a break.
Back in the water.
Repeat. 😂

We keep him attached to a long rope because once he gets in the water, he has absolutely no interest in coming out. The boy is completely obsessed.

After a long winter, this felt like the official kickoff to mountain season around here. Fresh air, cold river water, sunshine, and a very happy pitbull living his best life. 💜🐾
