⚠️ACTION NEEDED!!⚠️ It's easy to forget how important local businesses are to the community because we just figure they are always there.

The places we gather, the shops we get that special something at, the services we can't do life without- those businesses are the backbone of our local economy.

The ones you ask to support your sports team or school activity. The ones who employ your neighbors.

And most are not out there looking for the spotlight- they are just there trying to make life just a little bit easier for YOU.

But the life of a business is a tough one and the thing they can't do without is you. You have the opportunity to lift up a business by doing something that doesn't cost anything- casting a vote.

These Best in Class votes may seem trivial but it is a chance for a business to get the recognition they deserve and get more eyes on the services they offer.

A way for you to say "this business makes a difference in my life and I think you should know about them." Trust me- this means so much.

This week’s highlights: Monday- stained glass class, Tuesday-happy hour w/ hubby, Wednesday-dinner with friends, Thursday- retirement party, Friday- graduation party, Saturday- graduation party, swim meet, Sunday- birthday party, volleyball banquet.

Phew! What a week!

As I’m entering a new week with no food in my fridge, I’m excited to stock up with Grab & Go meals tomorrow from the kitchen (I forgot to preorder!).
