It all started when a couple of guys from the local tractor dealership asked us to make a fried bologna sandwich.

So… we did. Then we got a little carried away.

Meet The Deckhand Melt: thick-cut griddled bologna, creamy slaw, cheddar, pepper jack, pickles, and a tangy, savory spread on toasted bread.
