The final course at VINIA’s Bite30 dinner is worth saving room for!

🍨 Choose from the Affogato, featuring vanilla gelato with caramel espresso, with a vegan option available upon request and naturally gluten free.

🍫 The Pot de Crème, a rich chocolate custard with crème chantilly and sea salt; or

🥭 Pérolas de Tapioca, chilled tapioca pearls served with warm fruit, naturally gluten free.

VINIA’s recommended wine pairings make the final course even sweeter, with Sangue Di Giuda, Cà Montebello from Italy paired alongside the Affogato, and Martha’s Tawny Port from Portugal served with both the Pot de Crème and Pérolas de Tapioca.

Our Rabo de Toro de Temporada remains one of VINIA’s most distinctive signature dishes and is available as a special Bite30 menu upgrade. Slow braised for 24 hours, the oxtail develops remarkable depth of flavor and becomes exceptionally tender. Enjoy in its signature presentation over pillowy house-made gnocchi, or with dressed spring greens for a lighter, lower carb option.

They make one of my favorite dishes here in Orlando and it is called RABO DE TORO DE TEMPORADA it’s Oxtail over Gnocchi 😍 and it’s a 10/10. Perfect place for date night or a little gathering with friends.
