Specializing in Central American, South American, and East African coffees, Foxtail has already built relationships with small producers in Ecuador, Colombia, and Ethiopia. The company upholds it's ethical and quality standards by making sure these environmentally friendly farms are paid fair wages so they may c

ontinue to grow exceptional crops. Once the sacks of coffee leave the farm, they have already been husked, processed, and dried. Foxtail then receives the raw coffee in pallets and starts to develop roast profiles for each lot, highlighting that bean and origins most positive characteristics. The café then proudly shares the lot with their local community. The brand is dedicated to providing a welcoming atmosphere that shifts the way we think of coffee one cup at a time.
