Happy new year! I love this time of year. The pace of play is slower, it’s nice to be able to reflect on on a years worth of work.
Somebody whose years worth of work needs to be recognized is Tim Montana! Thinking back on all of the different things that he’s done for the fire department, our sheriffs department, his various veterans fundraisers, and now helping getting a massive bill signed by our governor to fund rural emergency services. Donating his time and efforts to providing gourmet turkeys for the homeless shelter…. I wish I knew all of the his and his wife’s efforts. If there was such an award for a citizen of the year award he would win hsnds down… keep up the good work, Mr. Montana!!! You’re a wonderful example for your children and for our community! We solute you…
I’m close friends with one of this year‘s numerous givings back, that Tim sponsored. I know firsthand how meaningful that massive fundraiser was for my friend who was going through a horrific cancer ordeal. Most importantly, his generosity gave my friend the strength to overcome incredible tribulations, both physically and mentally.
And then for Tim to have the courage to completely change the genre of his music, following his passions and dreams, and being tremendously successful…. Bravo
It should come as no surprise they didn’t hesitate to find a date for our little school house to help raise money for our afterschool program, which is instrumental in keeping our student enrollment at its highest levels in a long time! Three cheers to a wonderful family and establishment! I don’t know how 2026 can be more successful for you all, but I know with the incredible intentions that you posses the sky is the limit!
Thank you.
