1 week from today is National Ice Cream Day (July 19th) and we have a fun giveaway planned! The first 250 people to purchase a dish of ice cream will be served in our limited edition souvenir cup that changes color when it's cold. We will be open 11:00-9:00.

🍨 Must purchase a dish of ice cream to receive. You cannot buy a malt/shake/cone/marble and ask for the cup.
🍨 You can purchase a sundae and have it made in the souvenir cup.

We are excited to announce our new treat at the Minnesota State Fair - French Chouxnut Sundae!

Bridgeman's Salted Caramel Espresso ice cream piled atop a choux pastry donut filled with milk chocolate mousse and topped with dark chocolate fondant icing and chocolate curls. Finished with caramel drizzle, whipped cream and a cherry.

Our mini remodel is complete! We left a single booth for those who love them, but then had a custom booth/bench built. This will help us accommodate larger groups and teams! We also added some new canvas art of historical Bridgeman's pictures and locations.

Stop on in after those baseball tournaments in the next few weeks. We look forward to serving you.
