Tonight’s dinner feature: Surf and Turf — tender flank steak paired with grilled jumbo prawns, served with green onion sticky rice and a cucumber medley preserve. The kind of plate that makes the weekend feel like it actually started.

The BLTA is officially on the menu — and that stack speaks for itself.

Candied bacon, crunchy iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, and creamy avocado piled high on golden toasted sourdough with our house-made roasted garlic aioli. Cut in half so you can see every single layer. Served with a side of our crispy fries, because of course.
