Such a bittersweet day. We accepted a tentative offer for the building, and the sign came down. Never in a million years did we think all of that work and time would be gone in just a few short years.

But time marches on, and so does the food truck season.

We will be heading out next week to the Perrysburg Market, then the first Night Market for Toledo.

There will be some changes to the truck and what we serve. Since we no longer have our commercial kitchen, we will solely serve ice cream and milkshakes. We will serve 12-14 flavors of Tofts Ice Cream, and just as many milkshake combinations.

We will have a variety of toppings to choose from as well.

The biggest change…we will no longer be peanut free. Tofts has a peanut warning, and we will also have peanut butter items in the truck. We will have signs posted on the truck to ensure those that need to know, know.

Hopefully, we will see you out this season.
