I said I was doubling down on honeygirls, and I sure did. ✨

A fluffier roll base, double the honeyberry filling, and a delicious honeyberry buttercream frosting. I made a dairy-free version for myself, and I can't stop eating them 🤤

I just got the rewards cards in and I’m SO excited. Every $10 you spend earns a cookie punch. Once you get to the last cookie, you earn a free reward!

Currently, punches are being offered for preorders and during staffed stand hours. I am trying to figure out a way to track it for those who come to the stand during unstaffed hours, but haven’t quite figured that out yet. ☺️

I just want to take a moment to say thank you to the community for your outstanding support of my little dream 🤍

This is a heart and soul project - I’m up until 12-2 am every Friday making lots of goodies with so much love. It’s all a learning experience too - there’s been a few times where I’m teary eyed because I feel behind and like I’m letting people down. But I always get back up, learn, and improve - every week!

This week, I’m doubling down on recipes that I feel are good - but could be great.

First up: The Honeygirls.

Previously named simply Honeyberry rolls, we’re renaming to Honeygirl in honor of my great grandpa Alvy. 🤍

Berry picking has always been a cornerstone of who I am. Growing up, it was classic to talk with family about the best picking spots, how the weather would be affecting the bushes and berry yield, and how many gallons were picked and frozen.

My grandpa always called us girls his Honeygirls. “Ohhhhh hey honeygirl! How do you get more beautiful every time I see you?” was a staple from my grandpa. As a fellow berry lover, I want to craft rolls to share with the world that he would be proud to eat. So, be prepared for rolls that are more berry filled and drizzled and delicious. 🤍
