Hello friends and neighbors! It’s graduation week! Congratulations to all families celebrating this milestone. After all the work you’ve done getting to this point let me help with the food for your parties and gatherings. A pound or two of OSBs Smoked Brisket or Pulled Pork will instantly raise the bar of your menu. And don’t forget the scrumptious Babyback ribs! Or as I call them ‘meat candy bars’ so good! It takes a village as they say. So take care of one less chore to do and allow me to provide the food. I sell by the pound and a good rule of thumb is 1/2 pound per person for the meats and a 1/4 pound per person for the sides. For the sides we have the always kid favorite, Krazy Kreamy Mac n Cheese, the delicious Salty Taters and Texas Beans. One less thing for you to do on your special day. It’s not too late for orders but act fast so I can cram my meat orders in quickly. Thank you all for your continued support. Currently accepting debit/credit cards for your convenience! Thank you!

Hello everyone!! I hope your all having a great week. Old School BBQ will be handling numerous graduations and birthday catering parties on Saturday but will have time to be open to the public this Friday, May 22nd from 11-6 p.m!! So please feel free to stop on down to my Homets Ferry location and load up on some delicious Texas -Style BBQ like my fantastic Smoked Brisket and scrumptious Pulled Pork. With of course the famous sides Krazy Kreamy Mac n Cheese, Salty Taters and Texas Beans. Big Smokey and Garbage Bowl meals available also! I had the pleasure to see and visit with my late grandmothers brother last week right here at Old School BBQ! My Uncle Bob! You just never know who is going to walk thru OSBs doors!
