The Little Pierogi & Crepe Kitchen

As always, we will be CLOSED a few days this week recouping from the art fair.

It takes MONTHS of preparation and THOUSANDS of handmade pierogis.
My crew absolutely crushed it this year, as per usual.

They’re given this week off to hangout with families, take a vacation, and just enjoy a little break.

We may open back up this weekend depending on who’s back in town, if we’re staffed, and if our fridges are restocked for it.

We’ll keep you posted.

Now that our kids are getting older, Tom and I have been trying to really teach them the value of a dollar.

We take them to work with us when we can and show them what it takes to actually earn a paycheck.

Today, Reid came to work with me! One of our amazing customers left a tip just for him to thank him for his hard work 🥹.

Lindsey, if you see this, thank YOU for helping prove our point.. that hard work PAYS off and money doesn’t just grow on trees like my kids think it does!! THANK YOU!! 😂❤️

My friend, Teresa, is always sending me off the wall requests because she knows I can’t resist- and will always make them for us to try 😂

Her latest request- SALMON SOUP.

I know how it sounds ok.. But hear me out..
Leek, celery, onion, carrot, garlic, gold potatoes, and seasoned salmon, all simmered in a cream sauce with a dash of sriracha.

I started out hating her for this one but honestly it was 10/10.. Surprisingly REALLY good!

Would you try it?! 👀
