We started Bold BBQ catering business in 2011 and worked towards our goal of having our own storefront. In 2019 this dream became a reality! We love our home town City of Wylie and look forward to being a integral part of the community! We are a family-friendly, casual, counter service type of restaurant. We specialize in slow-smoked traditional Texas-style brisket, ribs, pulled pork, turkey, chic

ken, ham, sausage and jalapeno sausage. We have traditional sides such as baked (smoked) beans, potato salad, mac 'n cheese and cole slaw (regular and bleu cheese). We also make great appetizers and delicious homemade desserts too! The pit master, Adam Diebold, uses his own custom rubs, barbecue sauce and salsa! Dine-in, Carry-out, and delivery options are all available. We also still cater special events as well! Send us a message or give us a call. We would love to take care of the food for your next event. We can take food-alone orders (delivery fee applied to some orders) or do a completely catered event for you.

Hey y'all, you might've seen that we have expanded the restaurant. ๐Ÿ‘€ So we have some extra space and are looking to see if anyone wants to hold some sort of game night or line dancing or meetup here, Tuesday - Thursday (except the first Thursday of the month as we already have Open Mic night).

Friday and Saturday nights we have live music.
