Did my due diligence and still don’t have concrete answers.

My make-up air system is a beast and with the amount of air it pumps in, I’m not sure the air quality will be up to standards for my crew..

With that, I called my techs at R & R mechanical, the Kent County health department, and OSHA…

In conclusion, I can be open, but at this point I’m not sure if I’m comfortable.

Any other local business owners have this concern? Or potentially closing?

I guess I’m going to leave it up to my team members. As of this morning we will open but if they become uncomfortable, we will close…

Here is a small recap of the pizza drop yesterday at the Helen Devos Children’s Hospital.

All 5 active floors of the Children’s Hospital were fed because of you, our amazing community along with NICU.

We wish we could have captured a little bit more behind the scenes of making everything! Our crew exemplified a high level of excellence to pull this off. So, thank you Tasha, Mackenzie, Haley, Moises, and Skylee for making this happen.

And one more time, thank you to our community for going above and beyond to make this happen.

The dark shall not overcome the light. So, continue to let your light shine for others to see.

Just so there’s no confusion in what we promised to deliver…

We did not end up sending salads.
We did pizza, cheesy bread, cookies, Cinna bites and beverages. Mackenzie said we are NOT SENDING the Children’s Hospital salads with this outbreak…
