Hello everyone! What’s cooking at the kitchen??
YoChef’s kitchen specials this week???
Tonight was our soon to be famous liver and onions! Wednesday is the night and we will keep it as long as people come to enjoy it! Just liked mom used to make!
This week Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday we will feature @ chef Jim’s baby back ribs with my BBQ sauce and my own version of pan seared Ahi tuna poke bowl!
I have a little magical Mediterranean rub on the tuna, seared in sesame oil. On top of cilantro lime rice, avocado, green onion, edamame, and roasted pineapple, drizzled with a wasabi aioli
Twisted like me but delicious!!
