Another year another Beer Grows Community Beer with the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy! A crispy clean West Coast Pilsner! Delicate floral notes, a tinge of lemon with dry finish.

We have the release event tonight, July 16th from 5-7pm with a presentation at 6pm on "S*x in the Shrub-Steppe"

Lots happening around here this week! Tuesday, France v Spain at noon along with the release of one of our favorites, SHINRIN-YOKU Rice Lager! And rolling into Bingo at 7pm! Wednesday, England v Argentina on in the taproom at noon with Trivia starting at 7pm! Thursday, we are releasing our annual Beer Grows Community beer collaboration with the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy at 5:00pm, with a short presentation of S*x in the Shrub-Steppe and trivia questions at 6:00pm! Then Friday, we welcome back House Collective for a nice of JAAAAMMS 7:30-9:30pm! Come hang this week, lots to do, experience, enjoy!

Join us Thursday, July 16 at 5 PM for the release of our annual Beer Grows Community beer collaboration with the Cowiche Canyon Conservancy. A portion of all sales of this beer will be donated directly to the CCC, and this year's beer features artwork ("Where The Sage Grows Blue") by artist Xin Lu, a participant in the 2025 Images of the Shrub-Steppe show at Boxx Gallery.

At 6pm, CCC’s own Jesuit Volunteer Corps fellow, Bridget Clark, will give a short talk, “S*x in the Shrub-Steppe,” highlighting some of the quirkier and downright incredible reproductive strategies of our non-human neighbors. With a few trivia questions (~5) to round it out.

Single Hill Lounge nights are aimed to create a space for people to socialize, get out of the house, and enjoy the company of others. It is important to have spaces and a reason to spend time with friends outside of the group chat, and our hope is that these can serve as that space and that reason. Come Enjoy!

Lowells Hazy Pale Ale! Lowell has been a staple at Single Hill for a long time. He built our beloved tables on the patio, and.. well, he’s just always helping us fix things around around the brewery.
