Since it’s been almost a week since the water damage from the burst pipes in the ceiling I thought I’d just give a little update.
What at first seemed like it would be a quick turnaround I have been told for certain now will take weeks. We know for sure we will not be operating at all for the rest of the summer. August is lost. Hopefully by early September we will be able to reopen.
Every step has to be approved by insurance to move forward and today the contractor told me the remaining tiles in the dining room have asbestos. So that’s a second and separate abatement team that has to deal with that. It adds 10 days to the schedule alone for that.
It’s been an uphill struggle for the year and a half we’ve been in business but we will be back. I’m too stubborn to give up now. Keep us in your prayers. ❤️
