It’s official — our food truck chapter has closed. 🚚❤️
Thank you for every order, every smile, and every ounce of support over the years. We’re so grateful for this amazing community
We’re officially hanging up our aprons.
Two months ago, we held what we thought might be our last event — and now that the trailer has officially found a new home, we can say for certain that our food truck chapter has come to a close.
Looking back we had so many ups and downs, “Foodtrucking” is hard. Many tears were shed, some from exhaustion, some in anger and some from joy. Many burns were had, some times there was bloodshed from cuts and even stitches. Injuries like snapping a tendon resulting in surgery, and times of working in a sling or on crutches. There were days where the heat was unbearable (at times reaching 115 plus degrees). Long hours and sleepless nights. We once spent 48 hours straight getting the food truck ready and going directley into an event, but we wouldn’t change a thing. From our very first service to our very last, you’ve been there — lining up in the sunshine, braving the rain, and sharing so many smiles, stories, and full bellies with us. Your support over the years has meant the world, and we truly couldn’t have done it without this amazing community.
Thank you for cheering us on, spreading the word, and making our little dream such a big part of your lives. While this season is ending, the memories (and the recipes!) will stay with us forever. We’re taking a long needed break but are always looking for new ideas. Who knows what the future may hold, do stay tuned to our page.
