All hogs are sold prior to slaughter date. $300 for a half or $580 for a whole – fully processed and ready for your freezer! Price includes live hog/transportation to Yetter Locker (provided by producer) and processing (provided by Yetter Locker). Includes approximately:
12-14 lb pork chops
Spare Ribs
3-4 shoulder roasts
10-15 lb of ground pork OR ground sausage
1 smoked ham (15-18 lb, can be left whole, or cut into roasts/steaks)
1 smoked hock
8-10 lb bacon
$580 for a whole hog
Includes approximately:
24-28 lb pork chops
Spare ribs
6-8 shoulder roasts
20-30 lb ground pork OR ground sausage
2 smoked hams (15-18 lb each, can be left whole, or cut into roasts/steaks )
2 smoked hocks
16-20 lb bacon

Prices include purchase of live hog from the farmer, transport of live hog to the locker and processing.
